Urvon is an online print-on-demand clothing brand. All products are custom-printed after an order is placed. By using this website, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

# **2. Eligibility**

You must be at least **18 years old** to purchase from our website, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

# **3. Products & Orders**

## **3.1 Custom-Made Products**

All our clothing items (T-shirts, Hoodies, Oversized Tees, Sweatshirts, etc.) are **printed-on-demand**.

This means your product is created especially for you after purchase.

## **3.2 Product Images**

Actual colors may slightly vary due to screen brightness and lighting.

This is not considered a defect.

## **3.3 Order Confirmation**

You will receive an email after placing your order. If you enter the wrong email, we are not responsible for missed updates.

# **4. Pricing & Payments**

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We reserve the right to update prices anytime without notice.

Payments are processed securely through:

* Shopify Payments

* Razorpay

* UPI

* Credit/Debit Cards

* Wallets

We **do not store** your payment or card details.

# **5. Shipping**

Shipping timelines vary based on your location.

Delays caused by courier companies, festivals, or weather conditions are not under our control.

# **6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements**

We follow Qikink’s return policy.

## **6.1 Eligible Cases**

We accept returns or replacements only when:

* The product is damaged

* Wrong product delivered

* Printing or manufacturing defect

* Package lost in transit

## **6.2 Not Eligible for Return**

We do NOT accept returns for:

* Wrong size ordered

* Change of mind

* Wrong color/design selected

* Minor color variations

* Size or fit issues

## **6.3 Return Window**

You must raise a return or complaint **within 3 days of delivery**.

## **6.4 Verification**

Photos/videos must be provided for verification before approval.

# **7. Order Cancellation**

Orders can only be cancelled **within 1 hour** of placing the order.

Once printing starts at Qikink, cancellation is not possible.

# **8. Incorrect Address**

If a delivery fails due to:

* Wrong address

* Incorrect PIN code

* Customer unavailability

* Phone switched off

Then the package will be returned to us.

The customer must pay **additional re-shipping charges** to resend the order.
