# **1. Order Processing Time**


All products are **printed on demand**.

Once you place an order, it goes for automatic processing at Qikink.


### **Processing Time: 2–4 Working Days**


This includes:


* Printing

* Quality check

* Packing

* Handover to courier


During festival seasons or high order volume, processing may take **1–2 days extra**.

# **2. Shipping Time**


After processing, your order is shipped through trusted courier partners.


### **Delivery Timeline (India): 4–8 Working Days**


Metro cities: **4–6 days**

Non-metro cities: **5–8 days**

Remote locations: **7–10 days**


Total expected time = **Processing time + Shipping time**

Your order is shipped through reliable delivery partners such as:


* Delhivery

* Blue Dart

* DTDC

* Ecom Express

* Xpressbees

* Amazon Shipping

* Shadowfax


The courier partner is automatically selected based on your PIN code.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:


* Email with tracking number

* SMS/WhatsApp updates (if enabled)


Tracking may take **12–24 hours** to start showing movement after dispatch.

Shipping charges may vary based on:


* Weight of the product

* Delivery location

* Running offers


In most cases, **shipping is displayed at checkout**.

# **6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery**


If delivery fails due to:


* Wrong address

* Incorrect PIN code

* Phone switched off

* Customer not available


The courier returns the order to us.


➡️ **Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer** for sending it again.


# **7. Delayed Deliveries**

Sometimes delays may happen due to:

* Weather conditions

* Strikes

* Festivals

* Courier issues

* Remote locations


These delays are **not under our control**.

We will coordinate with Qikink and the courier to resolve the issue.


If confirmed lost, we will issue:
