Refund & Return Policy – Clothing Products (Urvon)

All clothing items (T-shirts, Oversize Tees, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, etc.) sold on Urvon are printed on demand in partnership with Qikink.
We follow Qikink’s same guidelines with a 3-day return / complaint window.
1. 3-Day Return / Complaint Window
You must raise any issue within 3 days of delivery.
After 3 days, we cannot process replacements or refunds.
2. When Returns / Refunds Are Accepted
We only accept return, replacement, or refund requests for the following reasons:

Torn fabric

Stitching defects

Holes or marks on arrival
✔ Printing Error

Faded print

Misaligned print

Wrong design printed

Low-quality print due to production
✔ Wrong Product Delivered

Wrong size sent by manufacturer

Wrong color

Wrong garment type

Different design than ordered
✔ Lost in Transit
If the package never arrives.
3. When Returns Are NOT Accepted
We do NOT accept returns in the following cases:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind
-
Wrong color/design selected by customer

Minor color variation due to screen brightness

Incorrect address provided

Normal wear & tear after use

Improper washing damage
👉 Please check the Size Chart carefully before ordering.
4. Information Required for Return / Replacement
To process your request faster, please provide:

Order ID

Clear photos of defect

Full product photos (front & back)

Unboxing video (recommended)

Your name & contact number

5. Return / Refund Process
Once verified:

You can choose replacement, OR
-
Refund to original payment method
Refunds reflect within 5–7 working days.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering.
After printing starts, cancellation is not possible.
7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the order fails due to:

Wrong address
-
Incorrect PIN code
-
Customer unavailable
-
Phone unreachable
Courier returns the shipment.
➡️ Re-shipping charges must be paid by customer.
8. Color & Print Disclaimer
-
Slight color differences may occur due to screen brightness.
-
Print placement may vary slightly (±1 inch).
These are not considered defects.
